Customer registration and our conditions acceptance
- Every customer, before he/she has placed his/her order, must get registered in our system;
- Every registered customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and fully agreed to all our terms and conditions;
- If you disagree with our terms & conditions, as well as product prices, insurance charges and shipping costs then please do not place your order;

Shoe size selection
- Please select carefully the correct shoe size by measuring your foot and then matching the received measurement result with an appropriate size option in centimeters given in the size drop box;
- Please select carefully & correctly required product options. No exchange request based on the basis of incorrectly selected option or options will be accepted as it is a customer’s responsibility;

Order payment
- We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards;

Order processing
- Order processing takes 3 to 5 working days unless there is a notice in the product/item description page that states different order processing timeframe for that particular product/item;

Order shipping
- We ship worldwide by EMS Express. Overage shipping time is 3-5 working days;

Order insurance
- All shipped orders/parcels are insured unlesss you select option not to insure your order/parcel;
- All orders/parcels declared by you as a GIFT will not have declared value and as result will not be insured;
- No any claims will be accepted and no any compensation will be paid for all uninsured orders/parcels lost or damaged during shipment;

Refund
- Full refund will be made if your insured order/parcel is lost or damaged during shipment. Full refund will be made after we have received compensation from Australian Post;
